The  Villas of Grand Cypress has a appealing atmosphere of seclusion and easy proximity to entertainment attractions across central Florida. Located adjacent to Walt Disney World yet seemingly a world away, the 1,500-acre resort features 146 luxury villas, world-class amenities, including 45 holes of Jack Nicklaus Signature-designed golf, and the renowned Grand Cypress Academy .

All suites and villas feature private terraces, high-speed Internet access,  large-screen flat-panel televisions with cable, oversized bathrooms with Roman tubs and separate shower, luxury mattresses and bedding,  two 2-line telephones per bedroom with complimentary local and toll free calls, in-room safe, terry cloth robes, Iron and ironing board, and inroom coffee maker.  All villas also include washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchens (not available in Club Suites).  Floor plans and bedding are on a request basis and may vary. 

Club Suite A Club Suite, totaling 650 square feet, has an outside patio or deck overlooking the fairways or waterways of the North Course, inside sitting area, choice of one king bed or two double beds and a separate bath with soaking vessel tub and separate glass-enclosed shower. Club Suites have private entrances and are located on the first or second floor.  

One Bedroom Villa One Bedroom Villa comes with an expansive 1,050 square feet of privacy and luxury. Consisting of a large sleeping room with a king bed connected to a living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen, this Villa also features a large outdoor patio overlooking the fairways or waterways of the North Course. The living room features an American leather sectional sleeper sofa, club chair and 55” HD television and dining room table to seat 8 people. 

Two Bedroom Villa Two Bedroom Villas offer two private bedrooms each with a private master bathroom. The common living space includes a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Two Bedroom Villas is a two story with one bedroom downstairs and one on a second floor. The Villa is up to 1,500 square feet and comes with either two king bedrooms or two double/double bedrooms (king/double combination not available). Villas will have private patios or decks overlooking the fairways or waterways of the North Course. The living room features an American leather sectional sleeper sofa, club chair and 55” HD television and dining room table to seat 8 people. 

Three Bedroom Villa Three Bedroom Villas are two-story units with three bedrooms, each with a private master bathroom. All rooms share a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and outside patio overlooking the fairways or waterways of the North Course. The unit is 2,150 square feet and comes with three king bedrooms, three double/double bedrooms, or two king bedrooms and one double/double bedroom. The living room features an American leather sectional sleeper sofa, club chair and 55” HD television and dining room table to seat 8 people. The unit will have two sleeper sofas, one in the living room and one in the sitting areas of one bedroom. 

Four Bedroom Villa Four Bedroom Villas are two-story units with four bedrooms, each with a private master bathroom. All rooms share a common living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and outside patio overlooking the fairways or waterways of the North Course. The unit is 2,800 square feet and comes with four king bedrooms, four double/double bedrooms, or one double/double bedroom and three king bedrooms. The living room features an American leather sectional sleeper sofa, club chair and 55” HD television and dining room table to seat 8 people. The unit will have two sleeper sofas, one in the living room and one in the sitting areas of one bedroom.
