I was born and raised pretty much on a moving truck. My father was a construction supervisor that floated from job to job so my mother, brother and I pretty much had to learn to go with the flow. I have lived in 13 different states and have been grounded in Knoxville, Tennessee ever since I came to The University of Tennessee, Knoxville in the fall of 1995.
I grew up in New Castle, Pennsylvania where I attended Slippery Rock University. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and decided to move to Virginia to pursue a career in teaching. I have taught for over 30 years and looking forward to a new career path with MGV. I have spent the last 12 years as a Math Specialist.

Scott started out organizing trips for buddies to North Carolina while living and working in Tennessee as an accountant, and found that he loved planning golf packages more than crunching numbers. In 2009 he started working with groups solely on trips to Tennessee but soon found out groups wanted more options all across the Southeast. Scott still stays in touch with many of his groups, and enjoys spending as much time as possible with his two beautiful kids.
